Our History

The Dedicated family of companies was founded in 2002 by Leonard “Len” Hayduchok, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and Biblical Theological Seminary (now known as Missio Seminary). As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Financial Planner® practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the financial services profession, Len is a frequent contributor to many well known and trusted financial publications.

Len presents proven financial strategies in original, proprietary formats to avoid the confusion and misunderstanding that comes from preconceived beliefs investors and consumers have and biases in the financial industry.

One of Len’s favorite resources is the Theology of Money model that helps individuals who are spiritually minded consider their Core Soul Needs when planning and making financial decisions.

Len and Joyce have been married for over 30 years and have four adult children: US fighter pilot, entrepreneur, healthcare professional and computer scientist.

Len Hayduchok, CFP®

Owner, Founder, CEO

Leonard “Len” Hayduchok, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and Biblical Theological Seminary (now known as Missio Seminary), founded The Dedicated family of companies in 2002. As a Certified Financial Planner® with 30+ years’ experience, he has poured his life into navigating the complexities of financial and retirement planning for his clients.

Len presents proven financial strategies in original, proprietary formats to avoid the confusion and misunderstanding that comes from preconceived beliefs investors and consumers have and biases in the financial industry.

As a frequent contributor to some of the industry’s most well trusted publications, Len continues to offer his insight and knowledge on how to redefine retirement in our culture, and the role money plays in people’s lives.  As an Osher Lifelong Institute (OLLI) instructor with UDel, as well as a Certified Life Coach, Len developed The MaxAMAZING™ Your Retirement Life/Money System to help retirees flourish.

Len and his wife Joyce have been married for over 30 years and have four adult children.

Andrew Tang

CIO (Turner Financial Group)

As an investment professional with over twenty-six years of experience in the financial services industry, Andrew helps clients protect, grow and transfer wealth during their lifetime with objective, unbiased, customized and efficient strategies.

Andrew passed the Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 license examinations and holds the Series 65 license along with life insurance licenses in NJ, FL, AL & CA. He earned his BA in Economics from Boston University in 1993, and holds certificates in Commodities Trading & Financial Planning from New York University.

Before joining Turner Financial Group, Andrew was the CIO of Claraphi Advisory Network where he oversaw $1.6 billion in client assets.

With extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, Andrew and Turner Financial Group (TFG) provide disciplined wealth management with an intelligent caring approach to further bolster our approach to each and every client. In partnership, Dedicated Financial and TFG are committed to helping their clients create a path forward designed to achieve your objectives and the financial well-being you deserve.

Merrie Beth Murphy

Director of Client Services

Merrie Beth, our Operations Manager, coordinates, facilitates, and manages all manner of life at DFS from client accounts to staff meetings. She is insurance licensed and a resource to all of us and available to you as needed. 

Nanine Gallo

Marketing Director

Nanine Gallo, our Marketing Director, helps to coordinate all company communications, outreach, education, and events. She may be in touch regarding any part of the business, particularly if you’re able to come to one of our events. 

Ryan Filiaggi

Director of Wealth Management

Shane, a licensed financial planner, is one of our Client Service Associates. He may be in touch regarding any aspect of a portfolio. He is equipped to execute on any level of need regarding client accounts, under Len’s direction.

Phil is also a Client Service Associate. He may be in touch regarding a variety of aspects of your accounts. Insurance licensed, he’s equipped to support on various levels of need regarding client service requests.

Margie, New Business Admin, handles the front office in our Hamilton branch, and assists with facilitating paperwork. She may reach out to help connect you to the answers you need.

Kathy, our DE Office Administrator, runs the Lewes office. She streamlines our daily life. You may hear from her when she confirms your appointments or follows up regarding paperwork.
